Tristan Cunningham and Polina Smith, (A.K.A. Gretchen and Dr. Schmidtt),  create  original, smart and innovative performances based on the theme of an event. Past events have included One Taste’s Turned on Women’s Weekend, Literary Clown Foolery: Featuring Sam Mogannam of Bi-Rite, The Holistic Health Saloon and Tedsfx Youth Conference.

 Tristan Cunningham: Tristan Cunningham is a premier Bay Area Performer, crossing the thresholds of Circus, Theater, Film, Television, Print and Teaching.  Tristan couples her BFA training in  Theater Arts and Film with her 15 years of Circus experience,  allowing her to be versatile, powerful and a captivating performer. Polina Smith- A circus, dance and theater enthusiast, Polina moved to San Francisco to study Clowning and Acrobatics at the San Francisco Circus Center in 2009. Since, Polina has been producing Literary Clown Foolery—a monthly satirical clown cabaret at the Book Smith on Haight St.  Polina received her B.F.A. in theater for social change from Concordia University in Montreal, and for the last two years has been performing with the Medea Project: Theater for Incarcerated Women, creating theater with women living with H.I.V. When not immersed in the world of play and pretend, Polina runs her own Holistic Fitness Training Practice, www.wholebodysf.com
